My daughter has just finished her first stage of ortho treatment. We are so pleased with her results. Her bite and appearance has improved significantly. During her treatment we received exceptional care. I am a mom of 4 so appointments get very chaotic but Dr. Jham’s team was always patient, caring and understanding. We absolutely loved our experience. Now my son is doing his treatment and we cannot wait to see his results. P.S its a one step office you get dental and ortho care in the same office by the same family owned practice, with two available locations in Naperville and Bloomingdale. All 4 of my kids are patients of Star Smiles and always feel happy and cared for. #foreverpatients

We had such a great experience at Star Smiles! Dr. Jham and the entire staff were wonderful with my daughter. They were always friendly, patient, and made her feel comfortable throughout her orthodontic treatment. She recently got her braces removed, and we couldn’t be happier with her smile! Both of my kids go to Dr. Raquel (for dentistry) and Dr. Andre Jham (for orthodontics) in Naperville. We switched to their practice a couple of years ago and I'm so glad we did. Before our first appointment I let them know my son has doctor anxiety and they had no problem. We got to the first appointment and the hygienists were so patient with him and showed him all the tools, let him touch them, and explained everything every step of the way. It was the best experience we've had at the dentist yet. Everyone in the office is so kind and patient. Also, we love that they are a team with both dentistry and orthodontics in the same office as my kids don't have to deal with the change of going to an unknown place. It made getting both of their phase 1 braces a breeze. If you're looking for a new practice I highly recommend them!

We had an exceptional experience with Dr. Raquel and her entire team. My child struggles with anxiety, and finding a pediatric dental office that truly understands the connection between mental health and dental care has been invaluable. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated incredible patience, compassion, and understanding of children's emotional needs. They recognized that helping a child feel safe and calm is just as important as the dental work itself. What amazed me most was how skillfully Dr. Raquel and her team handled my child's tooth extraction. They were so gentle, reassuring, and engaging that my daughter didn't even realize she had received a Novocain shot or that her tooth had already been extracted. The level of trust, comfort, and confidence they created throughout the entire process was remarkable. Dr. Raquel goes far beyond simply providing excellent dental care—she understands children as individuals and meets them where they are emotionally. Our experience with Dr. Jham and the Star Smiles team has been fantastic for both of my daughters! My youngest just completed her Phase 1 treatment and my oldest is a few months from getting her braces off. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff is knowledgeable and patient. They put my daughters at ease during appointments with friendly chats and explain things in simple terms. They take the time to answer all of my questions as well. My daughters’ smiles are looking beautiful and we’re all very happy with the results. Highly recommend!
